Dear Mr Patel,
I received your letter on my return home, and I was very sorry to read it. I had no idea our dog was being such a nuisance to you and your family members. We always ensure that our dog doesn’t bark at any unreasonable hour or for any length. But I was unaware that it entered your compound, ruined the flowers and frightened your children.
Please get assured that this will stop immediately, and you will have no further cause for annoyance or complaint. May I apologise to you and the other members of your family for the trouble and inconvenience that may have caused you?
