I am sorry to inform you that your pretty dog, whom you dearly love, sometimes goes astray, and the locality children are very frightened and are afraid of coming out of their houses to play in the street.
It would be much appreciated if you kept your dog chained. I trust you will not mind my suggestion and accede to my request.
